Shelly's Pumpkin Pie Protein Shake8 oz. Vanilla Soy Milk (any milk will do)
1 scoop Celebrate Vitamins ENS - Multivitamin, Calcium, & Protein Shake in Vanilla Cake Batter flavor
2 Tablespoons Pumpkin Puree (not pie filling)
1 Tablespoon Sugar Free Vanilla or Pumpkin Spice Torani Syrup
dash of Pumpkin Pie Spice
3-4 Ice Cubes
Blend on high. Optional toppings: SF Whipped Cream, and drizzle of SF Caramel Sauce and another dash of Pumpkin Pie Spice. Yum!

I also use and love Celebrate vitamins. After trying many different brands, these work the best for me. I have never had a low blood count post surgery in any of the monitored categories.
